NO REFUNDS will be given for cancelled or missed appointments.
Do not pay for an appointment unless you intend to keep it.
No exceptions.
You may reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
If you request to reschedule within 48 hours, no refund will be granted and the session will be forfeited.
